Our Journey To The Glacier
Trek into true wilderness on an epic scale. The Donjek Glacier is 56km long and part of the largest polar icefields in the world. Testing out new terrain with our guide bought welcome surprises at every turn. We noticed the small things, from the fresh alpine winds, to the gentle running of a stream, to the sun beaming against mountain tops way past midnight. Not forgetting, how to take the unexpected in one’s stride.
Nature decided to put on a show for us, and we were ready. Relive the story below and read more about the trek to the Glacier here.
