The Call of the Yukon
We had a great day with Fabien, Raphaelle and little Rose. Their location is beautiful, the terrain was varied and the dogs were amazing. Snowmobiling was super fun for the whole family. Thanks so much Fabien and Raphaelle. It was a pleasure meeting you and thank you for a wonderful day!
Raphaelle and Fabien looked after us extremely well on our 6-day ski tour. They are both extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the Yukon wilderness. Raphaelle guided us throughout the tour whilst Fabien joined us at the camps, either by snow-mobile or dog-sled. The camps were comfortable and well set up, ready to cope with the extremely cold temperatures.
The food was delicious and really healthy. In addition to the meals we were provided with plenty of tasty snacks and drinks.
Raphaelle assessed our ability on Day 1 and then we headed into the wilderness on Day 2, to return at the end of Day 6. On the first and last nights, we stayed in a lovely, cozy hut. We were welcomed into their home for meals on the first and last days. The tour explored the stunning landscape around Fish Lake.
I highly recommend The Call of the Yukon for a ski tour. You are welcomed into their family and looked after throughout.
Brilliant place to book if you want to go snowmobiling on a quiet peaceful track with a wonderful husband and wife team as hosts Fabian, who takes you out on the run, and Raphael who picks you up from your hotel and drops you off afterwards.
3 hours of adventure and fun as you ride on the frozen Fish Lake, view the ice fishing spots as you go along and get to view the mountainous snow capped scenery on the way!
Thank you both Fabian and Raphael for making our experience in Yukon fascinating, amazing and inspirational!
It was lovely to meet you both and your beautiful family!
Thank you for your hospitality and making us feel so welcome!
We are so thankful and blessed to have shared this experience with Fabien, Raphaelle, and Rose and their pack. Amazing experience and we learned so much! From start to finish we had an awesome time and they shared so much of themselves, such caring, genuine people. Together with the dogs, they are living their best life!!! Thank you again for letting us share in your life experience!! Amazing!
