Kluane National Park
Home to Mount Logan, Canada’s highest peak at 19,545 feet and the St Elias Mountains & the Hubbard, Lowell and Steele Glaciers, Kluane National Park lies southwest of the Alaska Highway and Haines Junction and spans an area of 8,586 square miles.

Whitehorse, Yukon

Dawson City, Yukon

Dempster Highway
Enjoy a trip along this 417 mile road through the Arctic wilderness from Dawson City, Yukon, to Inuvik in the Northwest Territories, crossing the Arctic Circle.

Klondike Highway
Spanning 445 miles, the Klondike Highway connects Skagway, Alaska and Dawson City, Yukon and parallels the old White Pass Trail, an alternate to historic Chilkoot Trail. Enjoy a visit to the small community of Carcross located between Whitehorse and Skagway.

Canol Highway
The Canol Highway (short for Canadian Oil) was built following WWII to construct a pipeline and road access from Norman Wells, Northwest Territories to Whitehorse, Yukon. The 145 mile Canol Road starts at Johnson's Crossing on the Alaska Highway near the Teslin River bridge, east of Whitehorse and runs to the to the Northwest Territories border.

Yukon Rivers and Waterways
The Yukon River, North America’s second longest river at 2300 miles, the Klondike River, Bonnet Plume, Alsek, Tashenshini and Bluefish Rivers are world renown former transportation routes connecting the many wilderness areas of the Yukon Territories. Carcross Desert
The worlds smallest desert (642 acres) located on the Klondike Highway near the town of Carcross in the Yukon contains over 70 different species of plant life.
